Hitesher Gef, Ph.D

Founder / Author / Meditation Teacher

Hitesher Gef has a Ph.D in Metaphysical Sciences and is an author, breathwork, and  meditation teacher. Blending Scientific truth with Spiritual wisdom, his mission is to open hearts, help minds’ transcend limitations, and create a space for people to open up to the realm of infinite possibilities. Hitesher assists people in moving out of fear, worry, and pain, and into love, power, and purpose. His vision for Happy Zen is not just spiritual wear, but to create a global community of heart centred human beings. 

Sheila Palani

Co-Founder | Design Director | Yoga Teacher

Sheila is from the tropical country of Malaysia, Truly Asia. She has been practicing Beauty Therapy for 27 years and is a Yoga Instructor. Sheila has a passion for art and design, and is regularly hired for her exquisite floral designs, from small setups to floral parades, and exhibitions for major international and charitable events. She continues to seek to expand in many aspects of arts that are complimentary to natural sciences and yoga. Many of the pattern designs you will find on Happy Zen are of her own creation.

  • Open a healing centre for spiritual retreats which includes complimentary medicine and healing modalities.
  • Develop a catalogue of health supplements and super foods that are easily available to people.
  • Offer online courses to support self and spiritual development.
  • Affiliate and collaborate with major brands, organisations and celebrities from across the world.
  • Open an office on every continent and employ at least 100 staff.
  • To become a house hold brand. To be the “Nike” of spiritual apparel.
  • Provide at least 100 000 meals a month to the less fortunate.
  • Provide shelter to the homeless and a self sustaining centre as per the values of Happy Zen.
